60 second interview with YOGA magazine

60 second interview with YOGA magazine

Mark and Zefea, the founders of evolation yoga, were recently interviewed by the international yoga publication YOGA magazine. This 60 Second interview has been included in the UK June edition and we are able to share with you the pages here on the evolation yoga blog.

Here is the first question that YOGA magazine asked to Mark and Zefea. To read the full article please click on the links below to open each page.

You opened evolation yoga after being a Senior Bikram teacher for six years. What
elements did you take from your Bikram practice? How does your school, and the ‘Hot Yoga’ teacher training that you offer, differ?

Our classes are the same 26 postures taught in a direct and straightforward way. We add meditation and more focus on breathing. Evolation also offers other class types from different traditions. This way students and teachers alike can grow and evolve within the same studio and organisation.

Our trainees experience an intensive and challenging course, but will go home with all the tools to be an effective teacher. Many describe the experience as life changing.
